Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy– you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For non-quality related reasons including fit issues, personal dislike, or purchasing multiple items to compare, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. A 20%–50% restocking fee will apply

Fit issues differ from incorrect sizing and are not our liability. To provide better service, we offer partial reimbursement for tailor alteration costs, capped at 20% of the item price.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as received (unworn, unused)
• With original tags attached
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

• Approved returns get a return shipping label + shipping instructions. No unrequested returns accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the original item (following the above return process). Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Note: Banks/credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
