Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received (unworn, unused)
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging

- Approved returns get a return shipping label + shipping instructions. No unrequested returns accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item (following the above return process). Once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item you wish to receive.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason (no justification required). The same condition/packaging/proof of purchase requirements apply.
Refunds
